hmmm

things to figure out

what is the best pre long run food 24 hours before?

how not to get blisters from my underpants.....ouch!

what is the best fuel to have while running? I was so hungry by 3rd hour last run!


what pace should I run at the beginning? 11 min/miles was OK for first 13 miles but ran out of legs after that not sure if it was because of lack of food or pace was too fast.
