14 mile run today in 2:15 strong headwind on the the first 7 thank God for the tail wind it blew my tired self home the second 7 miles.
I was worried about the pain in my left shin but rest healed it SO YEAH!! easy now until race day a few 8-10 milers slow and easy run 4-5 out of 7 with no running 2 days prior to the race.
logistics of race day screwing with me
my husband will drop me at Dodger stadium in the wee hours of the race day but pick up??? not sure where family will park how long this EPIC event will take me and so planning key for the next few days
