need to consider time goal
the only time I ever ran 13.1 miles in a race was last year in the Denver Half Marathon my time was 2:52 forget the seconds that is just annoying to me really!
well I just signed up for my San Diego in June I am considering adding a time goal ? 2:30? Why add the pressure of a time goal? need to think about that while I run today.... but running in that race is for certain because I paid and so GAME ON!
need to get out and run today I took 7 days of rest after the Los Angeles Marathon~so today out the door I will go before it heats up!
