sunset run is plan for today
Beautiful day outside 50 something windy blustery kind of day looks like a good day for a run but today has been so busy....I am 2 classes away from graduating and college is first on my list today.
but then again my first marathon is in a mere 16 days (no panic...I trained a ton I am ready!)
I will get a run in today hopefully a sunset beach run~that sounds heavenly OK that is the plan then out the door by 515 this evening!
food simple and often small portions
Lent~no meat no alcohol has not been too hard and I am sticking with it!
