3 hours of running this week and 2 days of weight lifting= my prescription for health and happiness
next 5K is 5/8/10 my PR on 5K is 27:35 I know I can do better than that so I intend to!
so my goal time for this next 5K is 26 minutes OK I said it the power of words is amazing it creates a strong intention~better go find my running shoes the rain has taken a break!!
need to do some high intensity interval training, starting now!
