My daughter, Cassandra made me a yummy cake yesterday she is so sweet!!!
26 days until my next event San Diego Rock and Roll Half Marathon!!

0600 m1 whole wheat toast/peanut butter/coffee
5 mile run to pier 2.56 miles in 26.34 back home ~ 2.43 miles in 32.43 strong head wind I needed to tack!! throw back to my sailing days!!!!

laundry+ make a crockpot soup
1230 m3 baked chicken,cheese risotto, corn on the cob
1530 m4 vegetable soup (homemade vegetable soup)
