goal driven

67 days until I run a 2:30 (or less) Half Marathon

1. dumbbell press 10#10 reps 15#10 reps 20#6 reps
2. dumbbell flies 10#10 reps 8#15 reps 10#8 reps
3. standing shoulder raises 10#10 reps 10#6 reps 10#6 reps
4. Lateral side raises 5#12 reps 6# 10 reps 8# 10 reps
5. 1 arm rows 8#12 reps 10#10 reps 15#10 reps
6. reverse flies 5#12 reps 6#10 reps 8#6 reps
7. tri kickback 5#12 reps 8#10 reps 15#4 reps
8 standing tri 10#12 reps 15#10 reps
9. dumbbell curl 10#12 reps 12.5#10 reps 15# 8 reps
10. dumbbell hammer 10#12 reps 15#10 reps
11.lunges did not do
12 squats did not do

my arms are quivering but I feel strong because I went into the gym with this plan and I
was focused and did it!!

food simple and stop before I am 60% full small portions are key here with each bite being truly nutritious ~I am zeroing in on what works!

liquid is water coffee or tea all homemade fresh and plain or protein shakes
I am thankful for

~goals and purpose which keep me energized!
