Monday summary
good day hanging out with my kids
evening book club party I volunteered to be designated driver so no wine for me
food
coffee added 1 tsp sugar and a dash of half and half
a nectarine
1 poached egg/whole wheat slice of toast
lots of fresh red grapes
tomatoes/avocado with cider vinegar and sea salt
large amount fresh edamame
huge bucket of salad and I mean huge! variety of lettuces/almonds/tomatoes/balsamic vinegar and olive oil
a bite of fresh berry homemade ice cream that my friend made (actually too sweet and heavy)
exercise
6 mile run
