What I ate and how I moved

3 mile walk in 40 minutes with puppy
Strawberry banana smoothie 
Cabbage apple cilantro  slaw with peanuts and cider vinegar and olive oil
Soft boiled egg
5 mile bike ride 
Vodka shot with friends at beach vacation house and a few cashews

Beef stew with tomatoes  roasted cauliflower 

I am trying to eat no sugar, flour ....nothing processed, boxed or canned.
I am also trying to sit less and move more.
