My exercise plan


Monday swim
Tuesday run to work, ride after work
Wednesday strength training and yoga
Thursday run to work, swim after work
Friday swim, spin after work
Saturday long ride + Brick run off the bike
Sunday long run day


It's a start I will adjust it as the months go by and longer days filled with sunlight allow for riding in the evening
